What is it?

This is a conference. It takes place at All-over-IP Business Forum on November 21–23, 2018 in Moscow. We bring together Russian residential management companies that believe they won't be viable without connected home technology, building and dispatch automation, IoT-deployments and smarter security. We partner with three residential management associations to reach out to leading businesses serving real estate property.

Who contributes?
  • PIK Group. The number 1 Russian real estate developer, focusing on large-scale residential projects within the Moscow Metropolitan Area and a number of Russian cities. Sits on the list of the nation's strategically important companies. Focuses on technologization across all their operations.

  • VOSTOK-DEVELOPMENT. An investment and construction holding that operates on the real estate residential, commercial and cultural property market in Moscow and Greater Moscow Area since 1994.
What's on the agenda?
  • Specific aspects of residential building automation, central dispatching, IoT, and smarter security projects.
  • The value delivered to residential developments via building automation, dispatching of engineering systems, connected home technology and smarter security.
  • Engineering and organisational challenges faced by residential property managers while an automation, dispatch, connected home or smarter security project is in motion.
